This bridge will finally unite the two banks, which is the capital of the Amur region and the Chinese city of Heihe. The length of the main bridge will be more than one kilometer, the total length together with access roads — about 20. The building will be erected in three stages: the first will begin construction of the bridge, then driveways. The final part will be the creation of toll booths on both sides. Costs will amount to 13.6 billion rubles, China — 5.2 billion.
The construction of the bridge across the Amur river, Moscow and Beijing have discussed for 20 years.
