The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev said that would not want to work as a Minister of culture, commenting on the situation around the Yeltsin centre.
He said this during the program “Conversation with Dmitry Medvedev” with journalists of five TV.
“When the review carries out official in any sphere, it is, unfortunately, at some point can be perceived as a challenge. But this can not be tolerated,” said the Prime Minister.
As told Medvedev, even though the official had not planned to engage in censorship or something to stop, then immediately formed a trend.
“If it is the Minister’s position, so we have put in place”, – explained Medvedev public perception ratings of the statements of the officials.
Earlier, the Director, one of the founders of the Yeltsin centre Pavel Lungin said Nikita Mikhalkov, who criticized the center.
