The project will bring together the most dynamically developing direction of tourism in our country — farmhouse and gastroturizm, according to the website of the Federal tourism Agency.
“The interest in culinary and rural journeys in the world is growing every year. In Russia, where almost every corner has its own unique dishes and drinks traditional dishes based on natural local products, the development potential of gastronomic and agro-tourism is very high. The aim of the project “Gastronomic map of Russia” is to involve all stakeholders and form the basis of the existing capacity that will be in demand by Russian and foreign tourists”, — said the head of the Federal tourism Agency Oleg Safonov.
