The leader of the ruling Polish party “law and justice” Jaroslaw Kaczynski has filed a lawsuit against former Polish President Lech Walesa for posts in Facebook. About Walesa said on his page on the social network and attached a copy of the corresponding document.

In August last year, Walesa wrote in Facebook that the plane crash of President of Poland that occurred in 2010 near Smolensk, blame the brothers Lech and Jaroslaw Kaczynski.

“In a difficult situation during the flight, the aircraft commander always asks for the decision of the head of state. The President was not supposed to allow the takeoff of the liner and in any case it fit. Therefore even full responsibility of the Polish leader”, — is spoken in the message.

Walesa noted that it is necessary to find out who helped Lech Kaczynski in making “such irresponsible decisions.” Former Polish President added that, in his opinion, the greatest responsibility for the Smolensk tragedy brings the current leader of the party “law and justice”. What specific actions Jaroslaw Kaczynski led to the crash, Walesa said.

On 10 April 2010 near Smolensk fell the airliner, which was carrying senior Polish politicians including President Lech Kaczynski and his wife. As a result, all 96 people were killed. The interstate aviation Committee (IAC) has named the cause of the incident was pilot error. The Polish side did its own investigation and laid part of the blame on Russian air traffic controllers.
