The Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov has signed a decree on the implementation of the regional program “Decade of goodness”. About it reports “Interfax” on Wednesday, July 26.
“Today, the society has accumulated a lot of negativity, and we need to make it so that people have become kinder, more sympathetic, more intimate. We decided in the framework announced by the President of the Decade of childhood to raise a generation of kindness, — said the head of the region.
The program is designed to increase the participation of citizens in charitable and volunteer activities, the Agency said. In addition, one of the areas “Eco — good” — involves working to improve ecological situation in the region.
Planned to highlight the projects and activities implemented within the programme “the Agency of positive news”.
The start of a “Decade of goodness” is scheduled for September 1.
May 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced 2018-2027 years, Russia’s first Decade of childhood. The decree of the head of state noted that this decision was made “to improve the state policy in the sphere of childhood protection, taking into account the results achieved during the implementation of the National strategy of actions in interests of children for 2012-2017”.
