WASHINGTON, July 21. /TASS/. The President of the United States Donald trump sent for consideration by the U.S. Senate candidacy of Jon Huntsman made earlier as Ambassador to Moscow. This was reported in the press service of the White house.
57-year-old huntsman, who previously held the post of Governor of Utah, speaks the Chinese language, raising seven children. In 2016, Forbes magazine estimated his fortune at $1 billion. In 1992, at the age of 32 years, huntsman headed the US diplomatic mission in Singapore, becoming the youngest U.S. Ambassador in over 100 years.
