MOSCOW, 15 Nov — RIA Novosti. U.S. attorney General Jeff sessions said he will ask the Supreme court to overturn the judge’s decision on expanding the list of relatives who may be excluded from the scope of the immigration decree of the President of Donald trump, the newspaper reports Hill.

A U.S. judge on Friday granted the petition of state of Hawaii on expanding the list of relatives who may be excluded from the scope of the presidential decree restricting entry to the United States from six countries blacklist.

Earlier, a senior administration official explained that the entry is permitted to those who have in the United States have parents, children, brothers or sisters, brides and grooms.
