The Russian delegation did not vote on the two resolutions of the OSCE PA
The Russian delegation refused to vote for the wording of the resolution “On restoration of the sovereignty territorial integrity of Ukraine” and the resolution on “the Situation in Eastern Europe.”
MINSK, 9 July. /TASS/. The Russian delegation in the OSCE parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) refused to vote on the two resolutions of the Assembly at the session in Minsk. This was stated on Sunday, the head of the Russian delegation, Vice-speaker of the state Duma Pyotr Tolstoy.
“We will not vote for the wording of the resolution “On restoration of the sovereignty territorial integrity of Ukraine” and the resolution on “the Situation in Eastern Europe,” said Colon.
“We strongly disagree with, which are becoming obscene language about the annexation of Crimea, as well as the tone of some of the paragraphs and paragraphs that are totally unacceptable to us”, — said the head of the delegation of the Russian Federation. Otherwise, said Tolstoy, “we are very grateful to colleagues for the joint work”. “All the other points of the Russian Federation supports and is ready for them to work together”, — said the head of the Russian delegation to the OSCE PA.
The OSCE PA session on Sunday, in particular, adopted a resolution on “the Restoration of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine”, against which was organized by the Russian delegation.
