The parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is becoming more constructive platform to address global challenges, said the Chairman of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Leonid Slutsky. The Russian parliamentarian noted that the General Committee on political Affairs and security of the parliamentary Assembly on the meeting which took place on Saturday in Minsk, unanimously supported the anti-terrorist resolution, proposed by member of the Russian delegation Nikolay Kovalev.
