South Korean President Jane moon said that Seoul does not seek confrontation with the DPRK. On Thursday, July 6, according to Yonhap.

Earlier, on 6 July, the President of the United States Donald trump has threatened Pyongyang with tough measures in response to the DPRK’s testing of an Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). “It is bad that they behave. But their behavior is very, very dangerous, and this will have to do something,” said trump. The U.S. is considering various response options to North Korea, including another economic sanctions.
On the same day, the representative of the American military Department Jeff Davis said that Washington will continue military maneuvers with allies in the Korean Peninsula, despite the call by Russia and China to refrain from such actions.
On 4 July, Moscow and Beijing released a joint statement of foreign ministries, in which he proposed the DPRK to declare a moratorium on nuclear tests and missile launches, and South Korea and the United States to refrain from conducting large-scale military exercises.
