Moscow. July 3. INTERFAX.RU — the Government of the Russian Federation by his decree forbade to leave preschoolers in the car while it is parked unsupervised.
Appropriate changes to the traffic rules, the resolution was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Also, according to the decree, to transport children in vehicles equipped with seat belts, “is possible only with their use or with the use of child restraint devices.”
As explained in reference to the document, now in the rules of the road “provided uncontested use of child restraints, appropriate height and weight child for children under the age of seven years. In turn, for children aged 7 to 11 years is allowed as child restraints and seat belts, provided as the design of the car”.
“During the tests it was proven that other tools (compared to seat belts and child restraints) with high probability exacerbate the consequences of an accident for a child,” explained on the government website.
