During the investigation of distribution of child pornography brought against the Deputy head of the administration of Veliky Novgorod Vadim Fadeev, investigators found another criminal episode connected with indecent assault against a minor (part 2 of article 135 of the criminal code). This is stated on the website of the regional Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
“From December 2015 to January 2016 [Fadeev] through social networks, while in the city of Veliky Novgorod, in correspondence with an underage boy living in the city of Pskov”, — noted in the text. According to the investigative Committee, Deputy mayor contained “words and expressions that incite to acts of a sexual nature”.
Currently, the accused was appointed seksologo-psychiatric examination.
Fadeev was detained on may 26 and the next day was taken into custody by the court. The Vice-mayor was charged with distributing child pornography over the Internet. Within two years he under the pseudonym of Dmitry Lazarev placed in “Vkontakte” movies with scenes sex Teens, free for public viewing and copying.
In the administration of the Novgorod Fadeev was in charge of work with young people and led preventive work with minors.
