The second party rally on March 26 in Moscow sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment
Tver district court of Moscow sentenced the participant of anti-corruption campaigns of Alexander Shpakova to one year and six months of imprisonment in a General regime colony, reports “the Media”. The Prosecutor asked for two years imprisonment.
Mr. Shpakova was charged with violence against a representative of authority (paragraph 1 of article 318 of the criminal code). According to investigators, during the rally he tried to open the door of the paddy wagon, and then was hit several times in the face of the Lieutenant Colonel of police Valery Golikova. Mister Shpakov has pleaded guilty, the victim accepted the apology and stated that it does not insist on the punishment of imprisonment.
During the last words Mr. Shpak said that the incident was an accident. “No malice was not. Had the opportunity to detention regret the incident,” he said.
Mr. Shpakov third party’s unauthorized rally on March 26, whose case went to trial. Earlier, the court considered the case of the first detainee of shares Yuri Koulia and sentenced him to eight months in prison.
