The President of Russia Vladimir Putin appointed new Russian Ambassador to Angola, Vladimir Tararov, dismissing from this post of Dmitry Lobach. The relevant decrees signed on may 23 and published on the official portal of legal information.

“Release Lobach Dmitry Medvedev from the duties of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Angola and part-time in the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe”, says one of the decrees.

The second decree, Vladimir Tarara appointed Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Angola. Thus, according to the documents, he will not perform the same duties in Sao Tome and Principe.
