Supposed gifts included a sofa, a towel, a set for growing microgreens, a cover for a veterinary passport, a mustache comb, shower gel, a subscription to the Knitting magazine, a platter of fish, a collection of fishing tales, and a site on the Moon.
Earlier in September, the image of the mascot of the ferry across the Kerch Strait, the red cat Mostyk, on the Tavrida highway was immortalized in Crimea. Thus, the artists depicted a ten-meter drawing of an animal on the support of a road junction at the 17th kilometer on the way to the Crimean bridge.
The ginger cat Mostik has become legendary and has appeared in media publications more than once. The animal was thrown to the builders of the Crimean bridge at the beginning of work. The cat did not leave the site for all four years and captured the main episodes of the construction of the structure – from the installation of piles to the laying of the final rails. The longest bridge in Russia across the Kerch Strait connected Crimea and Krasnodar Territory.
