The third way to get a discount is to look for legal flaws in the history of the living space and its owner, experts said. We are talking about suspicious cases of transfer of ownership (donation or inheritance), lawsuits for the apartment, the presence of enforcement proceedings against the owner.
According to NDV statistics, the most significant discount when buying a secondary apartment in Moscow for the last the year was 15 percent. “The discount was not due to some flaws in the apartment, but to the fact that its owners were in a great hurry to sell the living space,” the realtors specified.
