Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case after a fire at the Listvyazhnaya mine in the Kemerovo region, in which one person died and 43 were injured. This was reported to “Lenta.ru” in the press service of the department.
The investigation is being conducted under article 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities, resulting in the death of a person by negligence”).
