Bloomberg: Russia sent to the US the maximum amount of diesel fuel 
Four Russian tankers with two million barrels of diesel natural gas. Bloomberg reports this with reference to data from the Vortexa tracking and analytics platform.
This volume of supplies will be the maximum since 2018. According to the publication, it will help reduce fuel prices on the east coast, which have reached their highest in the last seven years.
The traditional supplier of fuel to the region is the Canadian refinery Irving Oil Ltd. St. John, but he is only resuming production after a scheduled renovation that has been going on since September.
