The Guardian: Vaccination opponents in New Zealand urged to refrain from the hack dance vaccination ritual dance haka. This is reported by The Guardian.
According to the publication, a week before, protesters against COVID-19 vaccinations had danced during the demonstrations. In response, the Ngati Toa tribe urged citizens to refrain from using the haka dance to advocate vaccine refusal.
The tribal leaders noted that they have lost many elderly relatives due to the coronavirus pandemic. “We are absolutely confident that the COVID-19 vaccine is the best protection we have and we are committed to supporting our family to get vaccinated as soon as possible,” said one tribal official.
< p> Earlier in November, it was reported that seven New Zealand street gang leaders had banded together and, at the request of the authorities, recorded a video message urging their communities to be vaccinated against COVID-19. In a short video, the leaders of the groups asked the communities to listen to experts and protect themselves and the lives of their loved ones.
