Compulsory vaccination in companies has been suspended in the USA

The US Court of Appeal ordered to stop compulsory vaccinations at companies more employees, writes The Washington Post. Earlier, such an order was issued by the administration of US President Joe Biden,

A panel of three judges confirmed their previous decision on this issue on November 6. According to the court's opinion, the demand of the Ministry of Labor “significantly exceeds the statutory authority of the labor protection department”. “The order does not look like a scalpel, applied carefully, but like a sledgehammer that strikes without regard to specifics,” they wrote.

According to the judges, the order entails an additional financial burden for business, threatens to destroy the labor force by forcing employees to vaccinate, have tests, or quit, potentially violating the U.S. Constitution.

The OSHA has ordered all companies with more than 100 employees to vaccinate employees against COVID-19 by January 4, 2022, or require unvaccinated employees take a coronavirus test at least once a week.

11 states have filed a lawsuit against the introduction of mandatory vaccinations for employees of large companies.
