The woman explained that a resident of the Moscow region was making a morning run through the forest on a technical territory when she noticed a drunk man with a dog. According to her, the stranger almost ran over her friend. “Then he opened the back door of the car, a dog flew out without a muzzle,” the channel's interlocutor noted.
As it became known to the TV channel, the man uttered the command several times: “Take!” area. Police and medics arrived at the scene of the incident.
“The district police officer deigned to reach her only eight days later, although the application was filed,” added a friend of the injured woman.
In turn, the head of the press -services of the GUMVD of Russia in the Moscow region Tatyana Petrova explained that the police had detained the suspect. It turned out to be a man born in 1986, a check was organized.
