North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN for the first time publicly condemned only ally of his country and main trading partner. The head of the DPRK stated that China “dancing to the US tune,” reports the American TV channel NBC News.
This statement surprised the world experts, because China is the main supplier of food, arms and energy for North Korea. According to official figures, last year the share of China’s food and energy amounted to more than 70% of the total trade volume of North Korea.
Official Beijing has not reacted to this statement. According to political analysts, China wants to avoid a potential humanitarian crisis on its borders, which may occur due to the trade embargo.
