In the Volga city arrested a man who committed the arson of the offices in the branch of regional clinical psychiatric hospital №2. About it reports on Monday, February 20, the main administration of the MIA of Russia in Volgograd region.
The fire occurred on the morning of 16 February. Unknown young man in a mask with slits for eyes, threatening medical staff with the traumatic gun, poured two studies from the canister with flammable liquid and set fire to them, then disappeared. Fire destroyed property in the premises, five people were evacuated, nobody has suffered.
Authorities detained 24-the summer employee of security service of one of the Volgograd enterprises. As it turned out, the night before the arson, he drove the car in a condition of narcotic intoxication and was caught by the traffic police. In the morning, the young man decided to destroy the data of medical examination that have been stored in the hospital.
Concerning the man criminal case as regards 2 articles 167 of the criminal code (“Intentional destruction or damage of property”). He was taken into custody.
As noted, during a search of the house, the young man seized three unregistered traumatic gun and shotgun.
