The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that Ukraine needs to draw up a list of goods for exchange with the DNI and LC.
“I believe that it is necessary to introduce restrictions that will clearly define the turnover of the so-called “critical imports”, – quotes Avakov “Interfax-Ukraine”.
According to him, the self-proclaimed republics in Ukraine will receive food and charcoal for the metallurgical complex. And Ukraine will be sent to the DNR and LNR “spare parts for mining equipment, appropriate reagents, to provide work,” he said.
Avakov has stated that it intends to submit a list of “critical imports” for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
