Moscow. 16 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — Anticipated Friday visit to the Brussels headquarters of the Alliance of the delegation of the U.S. Congress canceled, reported the press service of the organization.
“The visit of the delegation of the United States Congress, led by Senator (John) McCain, at the headquarters of NATO on Friday, 17 February 2017, has been cancelled due to a scheduled vote in the U.S. Congress,” — said in a communique issued on Thursday evening.
Earlier in the day, the press service of the Alliance announced on Friday the visit of the delegation of the U.S. Congress.
