The price of April futures for North sea Brent oil increased by 0.29% to $55,75 per barrel.
The cost of the March WTI oil futures rose by 0.26% to $53,07 per barrel.
Yesterday it was reported that OPEC sharply reduced its oil production in January. According to the report, the level of production fell by 890 thousand barrels per day compared to December and amounted to 32,14 million barrels per day.
