“I had a very, very good conversation with President of China XI Jinping, we discussed a lot of questions. It was a very long conversation,” — said the American leader. According to him, the United States and China are already on the way to improving relations.
A telephone conversation between the two leaders was held the evening of 9 February. During the meeting, trump has agreed to continue to follow the policy of “one China.” In addition, the parties agreed to participate in the discussions and negotiations on various issues of mutual interest. The White house described the call as “cordial conversation”.
