MOSCOW, February 10. /TASS/. State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called the law on decriminalization for the first time committed the battery against family members “bug fix”. This view contains the policy in an interview published in the newspaper “Kommersant”.
“For the sake of objectivity, you just have to admit it, before a mistake was made. And accordingly, the beatings relating to damage to health, but not entailing a disorder… abrasions, bruises… They were assigned to a punishment much harsher than, say, the beatings, resulting in health disorder. It is concussion of the brain when a person for several days admitted to the hospital, imagine! Error corrected”, – said Volodin.
