The UN called for an immediate cessation of “all hostile” actions in the South-East of Ukraine and to ensure safe access of Special monitoring mission of the OSCE to find themselves under fire from human settlements. It is reported TASS with reference to the statement of the official representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Stefan Dujarric.
According to him, the resumption of fighting on the frontline in the Donbass – is a direct violation of the Minsk agreements.
Earlier the UN security Council discussed the worsening situation in the South-East of Ukraine behind closed doors.
The situation in the Donbass deteriorated sharply in recent days. Ukrainian security forces launched an offensive on army positions DND in several areas.
