13-year-old boy struck a block of ice in the village of Dubki in the Ufa district, in SUS’k of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
When he was found under a pile of snow, it turned out that the teenager died at the scene from skull fractures.
The investigative Committee began preliminary examination of this fact. Currently being investigated all the circumstances of the incident.During the inspection the investigators will establish the identity of the water tower, near where children were playing, as well as individuals responsible for cleaning of roof from snow.
