Completed the case of a forensic expert who reported suicide to the deputy head of the Moscow Department of Culture Department of Culture of Moscow Leonid Osharin, will go on trial for negligence and official forgery. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the investigation, in April-August 2020, Pentsakov did not establish any damage indicative of the murder of Osharin, and made a conclusion about his suicide.
Moreover, in order to conceal the crime, the forensic expert introduced deliberately false information into the conclusions.
Violations and inconsistencies were revealed by specialists of the Main Center for Forensic and Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Defense, having studied the autopsy documents. After that, a criminal case was opened on the murder of Osharin.
Pentsakov was arrested. His property worth more than 1.5 million rubles was seized.
On April 22, 2020, the deputy head of the Moscow Department of Culture was found dead in Crimea.
