Ukraine disowned plans to start a war in Donbass

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba: Kiev has no intention of starting a war in Donbass ways of solving the crisis. This was stated by the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with the German newspaper Zeit.
