According to the source, club president Andrea Agnelli, as well as vice president Pavel Nedved and former sports director Fabio Paratici could have falsified the club's financial data for a large sum of 50 million euros. It is noted that law enforcement agencies conducted a search at the headquarters of Juventus and will study the documents received.

After 13 matches, Juventus is in eighth place in the Serie A standings, gaining 21 points. In the Champions League, the club is in second place with 12 points, behind London's Chelsea on additional indicators.

Agnelli is a member of the Board of Directors of Exor and FIAT. He became the head of Juventus in May 2010.
