Forbes and KPMG rating “The best employers in Russia”: VTB took the “platinum” position 
VTB was recognized as one of the best, “platinum” Russian employers according to the Forbes magazine rating, developed with the participation of KPMG. VTB became one of 11 companies included in the Platinum category of the Best Employers in Russia rating.

VTB is a pioneer of the responsible finance market in Russia. VTB Group took part in the organization of ESG bonds worth over $ 3.7 billion. In 2021, VTB organized five placements of green and social bonds totaling 137 billion rubles in terms of rubles. In October 2021, the bank presented the ESG platform – a fully open infrastructure for ESG transformation, which includes a set of financial products and services that meet environmental, social and corporate governance standards. In total, the perimeter of VTB's ESG platform currently includes about 20 areas of the group's activities that meet the Bank's Sustainable Development Strategy.

The Forbes rating has been compiled for the third year in a row. In 2020, the rating methodology was refined to cover as many ESG metrics as possible. Companies were assessed in three main blocks: “Employees and Society”, “Environment” and “Corporate Governance”. VTB demonstrated the highest performance in all rating metrics.
