According to the newspaper, the government commission for the prevention of offenses has instructed to work out the issue of holding such events. This decision was made after high-profile crimes committed in a number of educational institutions of the country.
In September it was reported that one of the lecturers of the Perm State University (PSNIU), during the mass shooting in the walls of the university, continued to teach. Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Stylistics Oleg Syromyatnikov gave a course on the history of Russian literature. The lecture was interrupted only when the riot police began to evacuate, while the teacher expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the students were distracted from the educational process.
