The average cost per square meter in legal one-room apartments is 291 thousand rubles, and the cost of a square meter in residential garages is 72.1 thousand rubles, the realtor pointed out.
Usually a garage sold as housing has an area of about 130 square meters. meters, noted Flutkov.
