Rospotrebnadzor explained self-isolation for the unvaccinated in the first Russian region

Rospotrebnadzor: self-isolation for the unvaccinated in Ugra introduced due to the incidence rate -Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO) was introduced due to the incidence rate, which exceeds the average for the okrug. This was reported by the deputy head of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor Inna Kudryavtseva, reports TASS.

According to her, in these municipalities of Ugra there is a consistently high incidence rate. Kudryavtseva explained that those who were not vaccinated and were not sick can become infected, so it is necessary to take measures to protect their health. She also emphasized that these are the measures taken by the Russian region in order to reverse the situation with the incidence.

Earlier it was reported that the authorities of Ugra were the first in Russia to introduce mandatory self-isolation for the unvaccinated, the measure will take effect for residents of Nefteyugansk, Nyagan, Uray and settlements of the Kondinsky region. Self-isolation for the unvaccinated will be valid from November 22 to December 5. It is clarified that the restriction will not affect citizens who have had coronavirus within six months and have supporting documents. The Ugra authorities explained that unvaccinated residents will be able to leave their homes to visit grocery stores, pharmacies, take out the trash and help elderly relatives.
