In the United States, as a result of an incident with the participation of two training aircraft killed the pilot. Representatives of the Laughlin airbase in the US state of Texas stated this on their Facebook account.
According to a statement by the military, the incident with the T-38C Talon jets took place on the runway. It is noted that two more people were injured, one of them is in serious condition. The incident is currently being investigated, the reasons for the incident are not reported.
Earlier it was reported that an F-16 fighter crashed during a forced landing at Andravida airbase in Greece, the pilot of the aircraft is alive. The accident occurred at about 16:00 (17:00 Moscow time) on November 18. The fighter drove off the runway during landing and was damaged. The pilot was forced to eject.
