Gunzburg supported the idea of depriving the diplomas of doctors who dissuade Russians from vaccination from vaccination against coronavirus. He told RIA Novosti about this.
According to him, such doctors “destroy, that is, they kill people,” improperly taking advantage of their position.
Earlier, Senator, Candidate of Medical Sciences Alexander Bashkin proposed to deprive anti-vaccination doctors of medical diplomas for life. He pointed out that a physician who opposes vaccinations has not received proper education, medical knowledge and practice, therefore such doctors should not be allowed to work that is related to virology and vaccination.
After that, a general practitioner, immunologist Irina Yartseva considered the lawmaker's initiative absurd. In particular, she noted the impossibility of proving the anti-vaccination mood of the doctor. In addition, she added, a doctor cannot force a refusal to be vaccinated.
