The Moscow Region became the leader in the Rosreestr rating by the number of mortgage transactions became the Moscow region – 270 thousand contracts were signed there. This was reported by Rosreestr.
Moscow is on the second line of the rating with 208 thousand transactions. The top 3 was closed by the Krasnodar Territory, where almost 180 thousand loans for housing were issued. Below in the list are St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region with indicators of 154 thousand and 126 thousand transactions, respectively.
In total, during the specified period, the number of mortgages reached 3.2 million – the indicator increased by 19 percent compared to 2020 th, when Rosreestr registered 2.7 million transactions.
The service also analyzed the number of registered participation agreements in shared construction – it reached 708 thousand. Most of all, the contract was concluded in Moscow – 115 thousand. Below in the ranking are the Moscow Region (95 thousand), St. Petersburg (61 thousand), Krasnodar Territory (51 thousand) and the Sverdlovsk Region (26 thousand).
In January-September 2021, Rosreestr recorded in Russia 632 thousand contracts of equity participation (DDU) in construction. The indicator turned out to be 30 percent more than in the same period of 2020. Experts explained the increase in the number of contracts by the action of the preferential mortgage program.
