“That is, we have an independent examination, which is in Hungary, Argentina, which is in different countries,” said Logunov during his speech at the III Moscow Congress of Cardiology.
The Russian vaccine against COVID-19 “Sputnik V” was registered in the country in the summer of 2020. At the moment, the drug is widely used in many foreign countries, but has not yet been recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO). Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), announced on November 18 that this issue could be resolved in the near future.
