According to the newspaper, on November 18 at about 14.00 an unknown man attacked a 10-year-old schoolgirl at the entrance of 11 Marshal Novikov Street and committed violent actions against her of a sexual nature, after which he fled. The offender was recorded by CCTV cameras. The attacker looks about 25 years old, he has a light mustache and square dark glasses.
