Greece will introduce new restrictions for unvaccinated tourists

ATOR: from November 22 in Greece, unvaccinated tourists will be banned from entering all closed premises coronavirus for the non-infected – they will affect both citizens of the republic and tourists. This information appeared on the website of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announced five new measures. So, people without a vaccination certificate will be banned from entering all closed premises – museums, galleries, restaurants, theaters, fitness rooms and stadiums.

If there is a negative PCR test (or rapid antigen test) travelers will be able to use intercity public transport, retail shops and outdoor cafes.

Without any covid status documents, they are allowed to visit pharmacies, grocery stores and use city public transport.

< p> In addition, the vaccination certificate for persons over 60 years old, including tourists, will be valid for only seven months.

Earlier in November, it became known that Russian tourists vaccinated with Sputnik V face problems when entering to the country. According to the general secretary of primary health care, Marios Themistokleous, they can only enter the republic with a paper vaccination certificate, since the digital application does not recognize QR codes from third countries.
