The Governor of the Moscow Region has set an important task for the digitalization of all sports in the region
As part of the digitalization of the sports sphere in the Moscow Region, a service will be created that will collect all information about the opportunities to go in for sports in each municipality. This was announced by the Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Moscow Region Dmitry Abarenov.
According to him, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov has set an important task for the digitalization of all sports in the region.
“We want to do this so that by entering the site, in the application, indicating the place, type of sport and other criteria, a person can receive information about all the possibilities to play sports in his municipality, in the entire subject, learn about a specific sport, about coaches and sections, about the schedule. If this is not a sports school, but private lessons, then learn about their cost, “RIAMO quotes Abarenov as saying.
The project is planned to be implemented in 2022. The minister added that the Moscow Region authorities are also faced with the task of developing outdoor sports. School stadiums in the region will be made accessible to everyone.
In addition, sports communities are being created, for example, a running club was opened in Krasnogorsk. More than 200 people attended the first classes.
