French and German Foreign Ministers disappointed Lavrov with their reaction to the proposals on Donbass 
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov was disappointed with the reaction of Paris and Berlin to the proposals to resolve the situation in Donbass, proposed by Moscow. This follows from the published correspondence of the minister with his French and German colleagues Jean-Yves Le Drian and Heiko Maas, published by the Russian Foreign Ministry on his website.
Thus, Lavrov, in his letter, stressed the need to prepare well the ministerial meeting in the “Normandy format”, in particular, to start developing a detailed joint final statement with specific recommendations to Ukraine and the unrecognized DPR and LPR. He supplemented the letter with a draft of such a document inviting foreign colleagues to put forward their amendments and comments.
The reply from Maas and Le Drian notes that Lavrov's letter contains provisions that “will not find support among the countries of the Normandy format” “, Including” establishing a direct dialogue between Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk.
