Eco-friendly electric vehicles were launched at the Rosa Khutor resort 
movement along the Rose of the Valley to the ethnopark “My Russia”. This is reported by KP.RU.
“This approach to organizing logistics on the territory of mountain resorts can be found, for example, in Switzerland. To organize transfers to Rosa Khutor, modern electric vehicles are used on special lithium batteries, the service life of which is more than 20 years, “said the organizer of transportation, head of the Svyateko company Sergei Shashkov.
At the moment, around the resort there are four eight-seat electric cars and two golf cars. Cars will run all year round. Inside they are equipped with a ski and snowboard rack. Shashkov noted that thanks to electric cars, tourists will no longer have to return to their car or hotel in heavy boots after going down the lift.
In addition, electric cars will be used in excursions around the Rosa Khutor resort. Next year, the organizers plan to expand the program and commission more electric vehicles. So, they want to continue the new route from the Mountain Olympic Village to Rosa Wake Park at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level.
