Military expert Starikov spoke about the Russian military based near the borders of Ukraine

According to him, based on information from the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces and the Main Intelligence Directorate , since 2016, units of the 20th Army, the headquarters of the Voronezh deployment, and two motorized rifle combat divisions, the 144th and 3rd, have been concentrated near the borders of Ukraine. He stressed that the units of the 144th division are far from the border with Ukraine – at a distance of up to 300 kilometers.
“So, in all military science and military art, this division is included in the Western Military District. Its purpose is the West, not Ukraine. Ukraine is its second task. And the first task is the West. But the 3rd motorized rifle division, which is located in Boguchar-Valuyki, is very dangerous for Ukraine, “the expert said.
Earlier, a member of the Donbass-Donbass public initiative, political scientist and international affairs analyst Andrey Buzarov admitted that in the event of a full-scale war between Ukraine and Russia, other countries will have no desire to intercede for Kiev.
