The United States promised to “look for answers” to Russia's tests of an anti-satellite system

The White House accused Russia of “disregarding security” for testing weapons in space due to the test of an anti-satellite missile. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

The administration of US President Joe Biden also promised that they would seek with the allies an answer to Moscow's testing of weapons in space.

Earlier it was reported that Russia held on November 15 tests that hit the inoperative Russian Tselina-D spacecraft, which has been in orbit since 1982. In response, a spokesman for the US State Department said that Russian tests of anti-satellite weapons in space were reckless. He stressed that allegedly due to such tests of Russia in space, more than 1,500 debris and hundreds of thousands of fragments of smaller debris appeared, which threaten the interests of all countries.
