Acting Vice Governor of the Vladimir Region Vishnevsky will be temporarily removed from office

Acting Vice Governor of the Vladimir Region Grigory Vishnevsky a corruption case, will be removed from office for the duration of the investigation. This is reported by TASS with reference to the interim head of the region Alexander Avdeev.

According to him, the court will put an end to this case, but personnel decisions will be made after the administration receives the relevant documents from the investigating authorities.

The detention of Vishnevsky became known on November 16. Investigative actions took place in the administration of the Vladimir region. The official is suspected of receiving 600 thousand rubles during the construction of a school during the work of ex-governor Vladimir Sipyagin, who resigned on October 4 in connection with the transition to work as a deputy of the State Duma.

Vishnevsky became the interim vice-governor of Vladimirskaya region on March 18, 2021 and oversaw social development.
