“Forty tons have been pumped out, pumping continues,” he said. Agarevsky noted that this is a safe and long-term process. He also stressed that no leaks into the water were recorded.

According to the agency, there are 200 containers with spare parts on the container ship. In total, the tanks contain over 300 tons of fuels and lubricants.

On November 9, it became known that Rise Shine deviated from the course, ran aground and got a leak in the Nakhodka area in the south of Primorye. The vessel was sailing under the flag of Panama, its length is 101 meters, width – 19 meters.
